● PrESTs是蛋白質(zhì)組研究項目Human Protein Atlas Project（HPA) 開發(fā)的抗原標簽，這種標簽來自目標蛋白的的遺傳序列，其準確性可由質(zhì)譜進行驗證。
● PrESTs的選擇 選擇PrESTs的準則是“目標蛋白中與其它蛋白序列相似性小的片段"。為了達到這一個標準，采用了嚴格的生物信息學判別程序，利用BLASTP對ENSEMBl數(shù)據(jù)庫記錄的所有蛋白序列進行了掃描、打分和篩選。
● PrESTs生產(chǎn)與驗證 PrESTs通過大腸桿菌大量表達，產(chǎn)物將通過嚴格的結(jié)構(gòu)解析，以確認其準確性。
